My personal mission is 'to act as an emotionally intelligent leader, apply the highest ethical standards to my work, and maintain a healthy and balanced life while contributing to the overall success of my organization'. While my career path has not been exactly linear; I have been able to use my varied experiences to achieve my mission which I continue to focus on every day.I live in the Wheeling area of West Virginia and have lived here for three years. I truly believe that I was brought to West Virginia for a reason and have spent my time here thus far learning about ways that I can participate in, and assist in the rejuvenation of this wonderful state. I have the incredible opportunity to work for WesBanco Bank, one of the largest employers in the state that is truly dedicated to the growth and development of our employees. WesBanco has grown dramatically in the five years that I have been employed there and I am excited to be a part of the organization as we continue to grow and thrive. I live with my husband and our daughter, my two step children, dog and horses on our farm in Valley Grove, WV. I spend a great deal of time gardening, cooking, riding horses, and training dogs. I feel truly blessed that I have the opportunity to use the land around me to enrich the lives of myself and my family.
