Projects: footprint and store performance optimization, omnichannel, operational excellence, optimization and innovation of (IT) systems and processes, implementation of new store format for Vodafone Stores.

Build & deliver Vodafone Roaming & IDD (international calling) marketing plan. Responsible for roaming P&L, portfolio and marketing strategy, pricing, go to market and ongoing improvement of full roaming product and services portfolio, oversight of trade marketing activities and bringing propositions to the channels.

Responsible for strategy development for ABN AMRO's retail network and the implementation of strategic projects in the field of proposition, distribution, market and product development for ABN AMRO’s private business.
