This strategy enabled us to build over 80 sites on a schedule compressed from 6 months to 10 weeks. The rollout of this process allowed the customer to achieve their goal of covering over 7,000 households while t3 hit predicted year-end targets.

Championed a strategy to rapidly deploy projects on time and under budget with limited resources by utilizing forecasting tools and integrated teams with broad knowledge.Created and presented weekly and monthly reports of operational and contractual progress including financial status to internal and external management, including the Executive Governance Board. Grew revenue from $3.5M at inception to $25M+.Oversaw several wireless deployment projects across the United States. Consistently delivered on time and under budget by streamlining existing delivery processes and models. Projects included 4G LTE, 3G EDGE and GSM, Software Rollouts, Market Analysis and Assessments, Network Optimization and Improvements, plus Switch and Base Station expansions and new-builds.Delivered an 850 MHZ wireless network for PetroCom LLC in New Orleans. This was the inaugural wireless system to transmit voice and data throughout the Gulf of Mexico utilizing existing oil rigs.Senior Project Manager heading project deployments, field engineering surveys and customer training in one of the world’s fastest developed GSM markets at the Ericsson Technical Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Directed Project THURAYA, a billion-dollar GSM based GEO Mobile Satellite System project for the Middle East. Executed project through contract, documentation, integration, implementation, testing and acceptance and maintained effective communications with all parties associated with Project Thuraya, including prime contractors Hughes Network Systems and Boeing Satellite Systems, sub-contractors Sema and LHS, teaming partners, end users and consultants.Guided Project ZANTEL, the first GSM 900 & 1800 cellular network of its kind in Eastern Africa, from contract procurement through final acceptance in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
