I loved to play those games when I was younger. 😊 Today, I do this for a living. Thank you for giving me your time! My name is Jan-Philipp Rötz and my mission is to make business processes run as smooth as possible. 🚀I have 8+ years of experience in process improvement and process management. I have worked at Rolls-Royce to learn how to set up, control and improve manufacturing processes which are extremely critical to quality (since it was about the engines, we are all flying with) and cost (engines are really, really expensive!). ✈️Furthermore, I have worked in a Supply Chain Management Team and managed production processes in a complex supply chain. I helped suppliers to improve their own processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) and thus the results they have created for Rolls-Royce. 📈Today, at Mainova, I am using my experience of improving and managing complex aerospace processes, to optimize business processes with a strong focus on the customer and the customer journey.
