I hold the product owner role of credit risk squad where I am responsible for backlog management and planning where squad covers following areas: - Credit risk assessment process design and implementation within the loan origination one to deliver the credit risk decision for loan application - FICO Blaze Advisor implementation as a credit risk rule management system, third party tool implementation and integration for external sources and in-squad developed tool implementation as an orchestrator for process workflow - Touchpoint driven architecture followed according to a company minimum standards - MS Azure DevOps used for source code, artifacts handling and full automatization with CI/CD pipelines - Credit risk policy creation with respect to other policies, all the minimum standards and regulatory requirements - Credit risk reporting design and implementation both internal to calculate allowances with usage of standardized tool from headquarters and external to comply with the terms of contracts like Czech Credit Bureau
