Main activities:• Managing portfolio of European and corporate applications for Renault Group through their lifecycle using the Rational Unified Process project management methodology• Long term workload planning and allocation of resources • Participation and defining the project scope, schedule and delivery, taking in account all constraints for the given project• Contribution on Renault Corporate business projects in relation to the IT/IS - impact analysis, cost estimation and planning preparation• Management of development teams on the Java and AS/400 technologiesKey responsibilities:• Responsibility for each IT project phase (Analysis, Development, Tests, Deployment)• Project planning , allocation of resources for all project phases• Risk management, an identification and elimination of risks through all project phases• Requirements management, contribution on functional requirements analysis ( Business requirements, Use Case analysis, etc.)• Test management , functional tests before the final product is delivered, participation on the pilot phases along with the end users.• Providing a support for the business users (subsidiary and domains representatives) for the managed portfolio of applications• Keep commitments to clients in terms of quality, scope costs and delivery date for the given project• Preparation and participation on the project meetings with Renault stakeholders from European countries

Main activities and responsibilities:• Directly reporting to Supply Chain manager• Hired as one of the first company employees „Green field“ factory• Participation on implementation of supply chain processes (logistics, production planning and stock management)• Responsibility for the whole material flow from the raw material to final product• Short term and long term orders of raw material (raw steel coils ), based on customer orders,forecast.• Stock value optimization based on the production and stock level targets• Optimization of production processes to minimize production downtimes and to decrease scrap ratio• Communication with external companies (transport companies, warehouses etc.)• Participation on the preparation for ISO 9001:2000 certification • Key user and responsible for the implementation of Stock Management module into ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA, in cooperation with the IT department.
