CurrentSeasoned, generalist software developer.Competent programmer in a number of languages and technologies. Current focus is web application development using Angular and related technologies, and server application development using Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies.In earlier days I have developed software using technologies and languages such as .NET, Grails, C++, C, Window 32 and UNIX.I am the main architect and editor of Systematic’s software development process, and thereby contributed to Systematic’s attainmant of a CMMI level 5 accreditation. I served on the company’s CMMI appraisal team for a number of years.I am currently involved in our ongoing effort to improve and integrate Systematic’s set of defined processes. I serve as company process auditor in the areas of Software Development Process, Scrum and Causal Analysis and Resolution.I have for the past 15 years been involved with Scrum. I serve as my team’s Scrum Master, and contribute to other teams’ execution of Scrum through coaching, and through facilitation of retrospectives.I do part-time consultancy work as process improvement coach.I teach Systematic’s mandatory introductory course in our software development process, and an advanced course on feature development leadership.I give guest lectures at the University of Århus on technical matters, and serve as external examiner at the University’s school of engineering.Skills:- Programming, strong bent towards object-oriented and functional programming- Test design and test automation- Analysis of domain and customer needs, requirements elicitation, documentation and management of requirements.
