For nearly a decade, I've been immersed in the IT world, dedicating my career to Easy Software. My journey began in consultancy, where I quickly advanced to lead the consulting department. During a period of exploration within the company, I focused on improving project organization across the board as a PMO, implementing lessons learned, documentation, and project phases to refine our corporate project management methodology.Since 2022, I've transitioned into product management. As Head of Product, my goal is to ensure our product delivers maximum value to our customers. This involves engaging with development teams, customers, partners, and company management. My contributions include defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. On a tactical level, I oversee product feature discoveries and facilitate handoffs from product & development to the rest of the company. In the delivery phase, I place my full trust in the capabilities of our small product team.A core principle of mine is to treat others with respect and maintain order in my own domain.
