After Spin-Off, I lead the global team of Anávo, a boutique recruitment agency serving the clean energy, environment & sustainability industries globally. H2U is a specialist developer of hydrogen infrastructure solutions for sustainable mobility and renewable energy storage applications. Directly reporting to the CEO, I work in an advisory role looking after all HR and Culture related issues as well as supporting BD efforts in Europe, Africa and the US.

I manage the P&L for several recruitment teams in Australia, India, France, South Africa and in the US - for both the Anavo and Polyglot Group brands.

I have set up and lead Polyglot's global (renewable) energy and energy storage practice with teams in Australia & Asia (Sydney, Auckland) as well as EMEA (Barcelona, Berlin, Paris), the Americas (San Francisco, Toronto) and Africa (Cape Town). I held full P&L responsibility for restructuring and growing the Group's operations in Europe, the US and Africa. Reached breakeven for the first time for Europe and the US.

I had joined Polyglot Group to set up their practice for renewable energy, energy storage and infrastructure as well as heading up their national desks for German, Spanish and NORDICS clients, helping develop their business here in Australia and manage Renewable Energy and Engineering clients. I have joined my network of 9 years in the renewable energy and engineering space with Polyglot's track record of 20+ years in outsourcing HR and Payroll functions, translations and business services as well as recruitment (Executive Search, permanent and contract roles). I have presented on several renewable energy and energy efficiency conferences and trade shows in Australia and Asia.With my team I mainly work with manufacturers of renewable energy technology, and project developers of large scale projects in the wind, solar PV, wave/tidal and biomass power generation space.
