• Answer customer inquiries in via phone, email or chat on all company supported applications• Provide IT support for corporate office operation such as file/print server administration, desktop support, wired/wireless network troubleshooting, new employee setup, and mobile device/service management. • Manage device configuration for newly deployed user hardware • Device management via Microsoft InTune.
