INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYSIS - CLIENT: UK Highways Agency, Vehicle Recovery – In a pilot transfer of responsibility for managing road traffic accident sites from police to the Highways Agency, there was a need for streamlining of cleanup and restoration to normal traffic. Audited police and emergency rescue response logs. Identified patterns in incident response, and identified process bottle necks. Drafted a detailed report with recommendations for corrective actions to ensure efficiency gains and improved performance management.INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYSIS - CLIENT: London’s Metropolitan Police Service – Supported the Metropolitan Police commercial team in renegotiation of a real estate financing contract. Recorded negotiations with technical discussions on asset valuation, financial modeling, and tax law.TRAINING & COMMUNICATIONS - CLIENT: UK Ministry of Justice – Prior to taking over probation, prisons and re-offending prevention from the Home Office (analogous to the US Department of Homeland Security), the Ministry of Justice (analogous to the US Department of Justice) required input on selecting vendors of IT services. A key success factor was appropriate training for employees on future arrangements.
