Als CFO eines stark wachsenden Unternehmens hat es für mich oberste Priorität, Planbarkeit für die finanzielle Zukunft von esentri sicherzustellen. 📈Mit der Einführung des Modells der Selbstorganisation bzw. der kollegialen Führung vor einigen Jahren sind auch im Bereich Finance einige spannende Ansätze aufgekommen, die wir verfolgen und iterativ verbessern. Bei esentri sind wir - was digitales und agiles Mindset angeht - schon sehr gut aufgestellt. Im Rahmen unserer Finanzplanung arbeiten wir in einem monatlichen Forecast abteilungsübergreifend daran, eine hohe Flexibilität zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig ein hohes Maß an Steuerungsmöglichkeiten zu besitzen. In meiner Doppelrolle als CFO und CHRO liegt es mir am Herzen, die weitere Entwicklung unserer Organisation aktiv mitzugestalten. Mir war und ist es nach wie vor wichtig, dass wir unserer unternehmerischen Verantwortung für Gesellschaft und Umwelt gerecht werden.
