-Responsible in handling Bill of Materials to ensure all materials are purchased on time and within budget-Coordinate different project managers, production leaders, planners, purchasers, operators to ensure on time project delivery.-Resolve Technical issues and Technical inquiries-Responsible for handling and solving Customer complaints -Department manager: manages 50 people.-Trains new personnel for product knowledge and processes.-Improve work processes such as welding quality, material receiving,, 5S, assembly process.

-Overall responsible for Quality Assurance of Pharma Department-Create work process and documents to comply ISO9001-Responsible for ISO 9001 certification-Perform Corrective and Preventive action plans with the issues and findings during the production-Handles customer complaints

-Ensures quality release of products for raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods-Initiate investigations in micro related contamination to prevent recurrence-Qualified Level 2 Microbiologist – Advance Testing Process Manufacturing-Perform micro risk assessment on systems, suppliers, equipment to ensure compliance to micro standards-Owns Overall Micro daily management system and cleaning and sanitization system-Cleaning and Sanitization Owner – Create and perform validation protocols and procedures to improve and for new cleaning and Sanitization methods.-Owns DI water system for micro compliance. Responsible to create and implement controls and action plans to improve and prevent micro compliance-Acts as a resource person for line engineers for micro standards and compliance
