Delivered an extranet system for booking and scheduling Climate Smart Queensland appointments. The system was utilised by both electricians and call centre staff. The application was written to run independently on tablets as well as being web based. It synchronised data with multiple systems.Smart Services Queensland Survey and consultation management system. This system was a complete end to end survey consultation management system which included survey development workflow management, permissions management, security and user management (both public and internal users), and statistical reporting. It was an agile project which included an ever expanding list of features which were delivered within budget.

The API provides New Zealand's IAG websites an interface to the insurance premium engine, ensuring a speedy and consistent premium calculation for all their insurance products and services.

This division was sold from the main company Carter Holt Harvey, and its financial reporting systems needed to be separated. Responsible for the separation of financial information from the SAP BW system. Redesigned and re-deployed SAP BW financial infocubes and ODS to new business model requirements. Additionally redesigned the data workflow to improve system performance and stability.Carter Holt Harvey - SAP BW Provided SAP BW development, system maintenance and issue support services for a large corporate landscape with diverse needs. Developed automated monitoring and maintenance modules for SAP BW which adapts to usage changes. Co-authored internal SAP BW maintenance and technical support guide.Responsible for change management and development release review and production sign off.Over a year, was jointly responsible with my mentor for redesigning the BW system to implement self analysis and recovery from financial errors. I was primarily responsible for the web template engine, user interface and CMS maintenance application (automated data cleansing, financial reconciliations and checks).Improved the CMS for marketing, and developing software modules and content templates to improve product to market turnaround. This improved the marketing process to over 20,000 regular customers as well as improving business processes for over 350 travel broker agents.Web Enterprise Portal for travel.co.nz Developed the B2B portal for travel.co.nz which provided travel and budgeting management tools for corporates such as NZoom, Stuff and Telstra Clear. Our team won the NetGuide Best E-Commerce Site for the year 2000.Flight Booking Fare Search Engine Developed the search engine for best airline fares which was utilized by online airfares searches. This engine was also utilized by the internal travel agents seasonal fares search. Following this, I developed the early implementation of the online payment management system.
