• Increased Emergency Department (ED) throughput by 45% by constructing a 24/7 Stat Lab in the ED, aligned with the main laboratory operations to provide excellent care.
• Implemented state-of-the-art Lab Automation system, with streamlined processes, short turn-around-times, accurate and auto-verified results with a financial savings of $ 1 M.
• Increased Patient Satisfaction Survey response to 89% by rolling out Transforming Patient Experience Initiative – AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explain and Thank you).
