As an on-demand field engineer, I provide local IT support and services. My clients range from large service providers and their customers, to individuals. My usual tasks consist of upgrading local network infrastructure, replacing user's devices, while providing training and demand scoping in the process.However, I can also help with tech-related HW and SW questions, M365 and cloud technologies, system administration and physical workplace management. I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Brno, Bratislava, and Prague branches. From the daily end-user support, through server and network administration, to documentation and projects. I was closely cooperating with colleagues from my region, as well as colleagues from other locations around the world. My job consisted of actively contacting customers of the largest insurance company in Czech Republic and offering them new products from a major financial house. At this position, I have gained good communication skills with logical and coherent argumentation. I have learned to sense the customers' needs and to guide the customer towards closing the deal.

I was providing IT services for people to perform their daily activities efficiently. My customers were small companies and individuals, both professionals and home users.
