One noteworthy accomplishment was conducting a thorough tech stack audit, resulting in the identification of areas for optimization and cost reduction. By successfully implementing these changes, we achieved annual savings of over $15,000.Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of integrated systems and dashboards on monday.com to streamline the workflow of an entire department. This initiative notably enhanced our team's efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I successfully introduced Branded Caller ID services, which significantly boosted the answer rate for outbound sales calls by 40%.Driven by my passion for technology and the pursuit of competitive advantages, I was promoted to the position of Director of Operations within just three months of joining the company. In my current capacity, I collaborate closely with Senior Leadership Team members to set our company's direction on a quarterly basis.
