1 Support and analyze device testing to improve test yield of the products.2 Test fixture design and coordinate with vendor on building process.3 Perform failure analysis & troubleshooting the hard cord boards.4 Implement or develop test hardware to support product sort and final test activities.5 Coordinate with customers on product testing requirements, program revision, product correlation and qualification lot run.6 Develop new test equipment, test setup, procedures and software tools to automate test activities.7 Update the new firmware into test program when release from customer.8 Identify and develop new equipment or test methods to improve test cycle time.9 Lead on project off-load to production and provide detail project report & Training.10 To evaluate the performance of components, modules and systems and to recommend upgrading and modification when necessary.11 To maintain proper documentation: test reports , test software , resource library etc.12 To support customer quality problem and failure analysis customer rejected boards when return.13 Manage debug group performance.14 Technical support for fresh engineers.15 Test Data transaction setup and control.16 Test quality improvement.

1 ASIA Customer Service with including the technical enquire and return failure units debug.2 Buyoff new design product from R&D dept according the specification and adding the special abnormal test, such like testing by Vibration Test Tester.3 Outgoing Testing technical specification setup and control.4 Nebula of Switching Power Supply Tester test specification buyoff.5 Reliability study for new components and parts reject from production with X-ray Scanning Machine, Japan, Air Pressure Test Chamber and Temperature & Humidity Test Chamber.6 Implement Full Calibration System with including Calibration setup & operation, expired date monitoring, documentation such like Calibration procedure preparation.7 Technical support for all section when technical problem.
