Janson is a caring leader, entrepreneur, and Non-profit executive with demonstrated abilities in across a broad range of portfolios within public health, advocacy, and Non-profit leadership.As a results-oriented, systems leader, Janson has had the privilege to work in the areas of health planning and policy, infectious diseases, child and family health, and professional practice. He is the Founder and Executive Director for Autism Teenage Partnership and is responsible for overseeing operations and human resources, integrating strategic direction, and coaching his colleagues. Janson is an active executive member of Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Region 7, and holds a number of advocacy positions at provincial and local tables. He also speaks at conferences around the world on topics of entrepreneurship, mental health, and youth/student empowerment.
