My passion is to enable others to achieve their potential at work. I have spent many years supporting women to start up and run successful businesses, recognising that their support needs are often different to those of their male counterparts. In the corporate arena I specialise in supporting women to build their career and break through the barriers that might be holding them back. As an Action Learning facilitator I work with both corporate teams and small business owners to enable on-the-job personal and professional development through peer collaboration and creative problem solving. I have worked with a number of organisations on a consultancy basis on such projects as establishing in house coaching and mentoring programmes and setting an industry-wide training service.
