I have successfully led and managed several companies through challenging and complex situations, such as crisis, turnaround, and growth.Currently, I am the Director of J.A.J.Spil Beheer B.V., a holding company that invests in and consults for various start-ups and real estate projects. I also serve as a coach and advisor for entrepreneurs in strategic, financial, and organizational planning and implementation matters, with a focus on practical and effective solutions. Additionally, I am actively involved in several social and charitable organizations, such as the Red Cross and Kiwanis International, where I have held leadership and board positions.
