Extensive expertise in comprehensive project planning is evident in my work, which begins with initial discussions with potential clients and involves thorough feasibility assessments, considering all building regulations. Daily tasks encompass preparing submission plans, which may require adjustments to development plans, and successfully securing all necessary permits in coordination with local authorities.Moreover, my skills include creating 3D visualizations integrating surrounding structures and drafting construction plans. Effective coordination between clients (investors), local authorities, and contractors is a priority. Throughout the project, a dedicated commitment ensures close guidance of the process and active client participation. I am available as a reliable point of contact for all involved parties.Current projects encompass a range of structures, from single-family homes to multi-family residences. Notably, one project under my supervision involves constructing 48 employee residences, two tennis courts, a multipurpose hall, a bowling alley, and a bar area. Significant attention is given to soundproofing for the employee residences within the same building.
