Over the years I have developed from a manager towards a leader. Knowing my restrictions I tend to gather a team around me that can help me achieving the organizational goals. By means of my coaching style of leadership I can get the best out of people.Besides being pragmatic I have a strong preference for acting on a strategically and tactically level. This in combination with my helicopter view enables me to anticipate on changes, internally and externally, in a very early stage. Furthermore I approach challenges from a process minded view, meaning looking at the whole picture.My goal is to help my organization forward and in order to do so I’m always interested in new things that can help me and my employer forward. This is also a pitfall for me as I learned, over time, that I need to keep focus and can’t get involved in all new and interesting stuff.Working on a basis of routine is killing for me. In order to function I need a changing and challenging environment. I’m a cheerful person with good social skills. Like to extend my network.
