Leading the transition of the day to day maintenance and operations of the collection of Electronic Banking assets from ING Belgium (Home'Bank/Business'Bank) towards an outsourcing partner, while guaranteeing continued service to our 2 million retail and business customers.It has been a successful transition without any disruption of services, while in parallel improving way-of-working together with the teams (squads). This way the ING employees have been freed up to join other strategic initiatives and the total number of FTE's have been reduced along the way, bringing operation costs down.

In the Transformation Delivery Services (TDS) department, Channel Transformation focuses on creating the new front-end applications for the customers of ING Belgium. My activities mainly consist of leading DevOps teams on the realisation of a Communication Manager, a centralised hub for all digital messages towards our customers using Pega Marketing technology.

Interim replacement of a management position focused on the alignment between Belgium and Netherlands on future Mobile development for ING Belgium in close cooperation with ING Netherlands.

In the Transformation Delivery Services (TDS) department, Distribution/Channel Transformation focuses on creating the new front-end applications for the customers of ING Belgium. My activities in this temporary role mainly consist of leading DevOps teams on the maintenance and creation of new front end security components, to enable a secure and smooth banking experience for our customers.

For the Digital Transformation of Argenta Bank, Capgemini has been selected as implementation partner. My role is to manage the Capgemini responsibilities within the Argenta Digitaal program. In parallel heading a team of specialists to put fundamentals in place of a Backbase/Launchpad implementation to enable future improvements of the online channel of Argenta bank.

As Engagement Manager for Capgemini I have worked on several projects and programs in several countries within the Financial Services Industry. Details of those engagements can be found in the individual descriptions of the engagements in this time period.

Aspire is a large outsourcing programme for the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in the UK.Within Live Services I have fulfilled the role of project manager on the deployment of Tideway Foundation/ADDM software tool within the IT-estate of HMRC.

Managing several projects (sometimes in parallel) for new features on the direct services to both retail and business customers (internet banking). Main focus on transition to digital online service for document requests and retrieval including changes in way of working in back-offices to support new IT-structure using EMC Docuentum

Responsible for the realisation of a new web application for damage insurance products. New insurance products had to be integrated. Due to the required modernisation of their application portfolio, a whole new web application had to be built. The program has been split in two consecutive projects. Both of them are delivered within time and budget as well as satisfying the customer and the project team members.

A project assigned to Capgemini for the implementation of an IBM WebSphere Portal 6 implementation including IWWCM (Content Management) for the insurance brand Achmea Avéro.
