For JINC Amsterdam I was the project manager of the projects called "Bliksemstage" (Flash Internship) and "TaalTrip" (Language Journey). About JINC:Too many young people drop out of pre-vocational/vocational secondary schools. They choose the wrong study or fail to finish their internship. These young people are often from low-income neighbourhoods and have few role models. This means that they have fewer opportunities to develop themselves—personally, socially and economically.JINC gives young people from 8 to 16 years of age the opportunity to experience what the labour market has to offer and what skills one needs for specific jobs. JINC’s projects reach more than 45,000 students annually from the primary school level to the vocational secondary level. The goal is to enable them to make the right choice in terms of study, to reduce the likelihood of students dropping out and to offer them better prospects for work.

At BNNVARA I worked as a coordinating producer for Radio and Tv programs (Portfolio manager) of a Dutch broadcasting firm, BNN-VARA. I am responsible for the financial, human resource and legal aspect of different tv programs that we produce internally and externally.

I worked as a Consultant in Change Management at the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting, where I was specialised in behavioral change and technology adoption. I worked for companies as NPO, BayerCrop Vegetable Science, FC Utrecht, Deloitte internally. Besides change readiness assessments, change impact assessments, developing a learning strategy and creating learning material, teaching clients about resistance, I gave many workshops and "trained the trainer". Before change management I worked 1,5 years in the Programme Leadership service line of Deloitte's Consulting practice. This is the project and programme management expertise area of Deloitte Consulting. I did many projects in PMO, project management and strategy. I worked for companies like ABN AMRO, Municipality of Amsterdam, The Hague, adidas, Liberty Global, Ahold.

Dutch Payment Service Provider ICEPAY offers a broad range of international payment solutions (such as iDEAL, creditcard and PayPal) for every kind of webshop (including modules such as Magento). ICEPAY offers several features and services to optimize the online payment process for both the merchant and consumer. At ICEPAY I was parttime responsible for the approval of new accounts. Besides that I was responsible for customer care (all executed in Salesforce).

I supervised pre-master students of the business administration program of the VU with their (pre-) master thesis.

Based on my master thesis, we were busy with publishing a chapter in the strategic alliance book of T. K. Das (Managing Public-Private Strategic Alliances, City University of New York). This chapter is called: A organizational justice perspective on partners' behavior in multi-partner public-private strategic alliances.' This book will be published in the Winter of 2013 and contains a case study on justice and conflicts in cross-sector alliances.

Writing my master thesis and a book chapter on cross-sector alliances in the public health sector, commissioned by TNO Healthy Living and VU University.Case study on: (1) the role of organizational justice in (non-)collaborative behavior/ conflicts in cross-sector alliances and (2) success and failure factors in the process of alliance formation and management.

Chairman of an international strategic business project for one of the Royal Haskoning business groups. Includes the analysis of the Argentinian market associated with this business group through five weeks of full time field research in Argentina and two months of full time data analysis. This resulted in a thorough and well received strategic report with findings and recommendations that are intended to increase the market share and profits of the business group in Argentina.
