Day to day:- Same as Process Manager - Change Manager- Represent Infrastructure in meetings with other Stakeholders (Run Control Board, Monthly Change Managers Guild meeting, ... )- Setting up reports in ITSM (Service NOW) for analysis, trends, ... and take the necessary actions based on the outcome- Coaching team members with the possibilities of Service Now- As Agile got introduced in Infrastructure since January 2018, we are now coaching the squads on maturing the Change Process to end up in a full agile structure.Additional:- Maintaining the Standard Model- Maintaining the team's SharePoint- Maintaining the Algosec Approval Process- Started with a project to align the change process of ING BE with ING NL and ISP so that it becomes a cross border agile model.

I've received the opportunity to go to ISP for an exchange project to improve the communications between the teams on both sides (ING BE and ISP) and to see how things were handled over there. It was a splendid experience, which certainly has learned me a lot of personal skills of working abroad.
