Leading this team and coaching it to win more deals and win them profitably.My team consists of Financial Engineers in Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Poland, doing pricing for all the outsourcing deals in Western Europe and Nordics

Responsible to set-up, control and manage the budget of the European Pre-Sales division,partner with business leaders to increase efficiency and advise on strategic direction.

Leading this international team in Western Europe and Central Europe and coaching to win more large deals and setting it up to deliver. Preparing its transition to the EMEIA structure.My team consists of:- Senior Financial Engineers doing pricing for the large multi-country/region service deals.- Senior Financial Consultants doing responsible for the finance side of the rollout and implementation of these large projects.

Responsible for all the financial aspects of complex large (100M+) international service opportunities, both internally and externally, mainly in the presales phase.This includes:- consolidate and challenge all costs and transform this into the appropriate pricing structure- include all financial parameters like tax, inflation, exchange rate, risk, etc- advise on win and target pricing- negotiate prices and terms and conditions with the customer- present and defend the business case internally to top management- ensure proper handover and followup to postsales

Expanded scope to pricer on large investment deals and to operations management of a muchlarger departmentMain achievements:- handle the business and pricing cases for three of the largest datacenter investment deals (ranging from 40M € to 120M € ), tackling a lot of costing, pricing, capital, accounting and "political" issues along the way- improve cycle time for approvals- successfully implement cost avoidance, cost cutting and investment program- financial follow-up of major implementation projects, all closed within budget

Within the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity department responsible for - Pricing: optimising the pricing model, integrating new offerings, approving deals, ...- Business Operations: everything related to cost and profit tracking and optimisationMain achievements:- launch and successfully implement major cost cutting program- impressively enhance clarity and follow-up of the current and future business- financial follow-up of multi-million dollar investment, closed within budget- adjust the pricing model to be more in line with the market
