1st Job in sales gave me a degree in understanding how the most successful companies are run & tools & strategies they use more than any text book can translate!It was when I worked for the british media company that gave me the opportunity to meet people in the music industries, andhaving dealt with companies such as 19 management (American Idol), AEG (Mercedes Arena-Shanghai, 02 Arena-London..etc), Live nation(Concert promoter), Global Gathering (Biggest music festival brand)....I've learned a lot about how shows are put together, it is great to be around so many creative artists & producers & seeing how some of the shows are produced & put together, really inspired me to learn more about it!I have always challenged myself that I can do anything I put my mind to, never afraid to try new things & push my own boundaries...I started booking artists to night-clubs in China, and for me I knew the market here is very different from anywhere else. At first it was about producing shows that I think is fun, but realised it was more important to produce events that the crowd understands & can enjoy!We can't push shows to China that they are not ready for, and book artists that they aren't familiar with, we need to bring the market up slowly!I have worked on over hundreds of shows across Asia as a freelance agent, booking artists/promote weekly events into most of the cities & clubs in China including Muse Club, SIN Lounge, Pier One, SOS Club, Babyface, 88 Club. Local clubs & going around China helped me understand & learn the market here, what people here react to & who they are familiar with, and how to help the industry grow!Specialties: After years of running around in all the cities of China, and being Shanghainese born-Sydney raised 'ABC', I have a firm grasp of creating shows that works for China & its market.
