A company providing Business consulting, Start-up Consulting, Project management, Software development, Software as a Service and Digital Marketing services for 5 years. He has been in the IT, Banking and Software product house space for over 20 years and brings a wealth of skill and knowledge. He is seasoned in ITIL and experienced in process design, transition planning/implementation, IT outsourcing management, contract negotiations, Tenders, Call centre management, IT Support Management and Client Service Delivery Management. He was leading as one of 2 Executives to the CEO at Perago FSE, a software development house, as Head of Operations and Client Services. His role included Service Management, Operational IT Management, Client IT Technical Support, PMO, Bid office and Product management and supporting and implementation of payment systems in 15 central banks across the world in Canada, Europe, Nordics, New Zealand and Africa. Jan has always provided value to the customers from his first role as an IT Helpdesk Manager at FNB up to his current role. He thrives in evaluating a process and reinventing it as evidenced during his tenure as FNB Merchant Services : Head of Servicing.
