👋 Hi! I'm Jan and I love helping organizations bring their visions to life. You can find me on creativity's cutting edge - especially when it comes to tech and operations, and building the team to get us there! Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of groundbreaking technology and operational excellence, and to be a bridge-builder across multiple disciplines. Whether I was managing a global support team working on biosensors at FUJIFILM, securing intellectual property for functional materials at Stratasys, or building SAP-driven solutions to establish new business units in North America, my focus has always been clear: how can we deliver real-world impact on a revolutionary vision? One of my most favorite memories is being surrounded by my colleagues as we launched what would become one of the first 3D printing solutions to transform the medical field. We had been working on producing materials for 3D-printed bone graft applications with the top US medical schools. I'm fortunate to have experienced many of these pivotal moments, where I've led and collaborated with teams to drive strategic technological initiatives that have made a lasting, positive impact on people's lives. What else?I have a number of technical publications and U.S. patents in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, and nanotechnology. I'm also a subject matter expert in SAP and Oracle.I'm well known for my problem-solving mindset and emotional intelligence. I know how to lead teams through fast-paced, ever-changing environments and make sure everyone’s set up for success. If you're looking to connect or collaborate on innovative projects, I’d love to chat!
