I have been an integral part of the metro Atlanta area mortgage industry since 1997. A Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist® who is knowledgeable in all aspects of lending, allowing myself to comfortably work with first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers interested in second or investment properties, and retirees alike. I have extensive experience in construction to permanent lending and have received the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia Top Producer Gold Award every year since 2006. My customers and referral partners often comment on my thorough communication style, ease of doing business and individualized approach to obtaining the right mortgage for each client.I began my career in the banking industry in 1987 where I worked my way up from initially managing retirement accounts to eventually loan processing and then originating. I owned Canton Street Mortgage for a decade, during which time I was awarded Broker of the Year in 2008 by the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers. Later, I joined BankSouth Mortgage in 2012, and proceeded to open the Milton branch in 2014, after two years in Roswell. My sons, Jacob and Tyler, joined my team in recent years, contributing their talents in the mortgage field to help provide every client with a smooth and stress-free loan experience.
