As a non-profit manager I am driven by impact and innovation to address the challenges of today and tomorrow and lead with empowerment and motivation to build teams and coalitions across sectors, disciplines, and hierarchies.My professional experience includes the roles of managing director of an international NGO, project manager in a leading German foundation, and coordinator of a young scientists’ network. I have steadily ventured into uncharted waters delivering user-oriented and needs-based solutions mostly built from scratch.After relocating back to my hometown Berlin, Germany in 2020 and dedicating time to my own reorientation I joined Cultural Vistas as Director European Exchanges & Program Development in August 2021.
