Working at TWIST, the infamous South Beach gay club, known throughout the world for its great music, friendly staff, and always being packed with tourists and locals alike. My experience at Twist for the almost past 3 years as a professional bartender and world class DJ, in one of the seven different bars that the club is built with each bar having its own unique atmosphere and décor, responsible for the whole environment and costumer experience. • Utilize expansive knowledge of mixed beverages, specialty liquors and craft beers to serve customers and support waitstaff.• Inventory Management: Estimate product demand according to seasonal trends and popularity. Maintain appropriate inventory to avoid overage or depleted stock. Prepare orders for multiple vendors’ delivery schedules.• Efficiency: Serve meal options and answer customer questions about the drink and food menus. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills• Hands-on experience in cashier duties• Good Memory: Short-term memory for remembering and keeping track of each customer’s order. Long-term memory to remember the names of regular customers and even their favorite drinks.

- Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order in a timely manner- Efficiently prepare and serve cocktails to customers/ cocktail servers in pool area following the sequence of service standards set forth by management- Provide exceptional service to customers- Possess complete beverage knowledge of all products served- Ensure the correct glassware/stemware is used according to department standards- Check ID's if the guest appears to be under 30- Follow Alcohol Awareness techniques as needed
