Anthony’s practice currently focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, formation of joint ventures, and providing antitrust advice. During his career, he has also handled antitrust litigation, internal investigations, governmental investigations (civil and criminal), compliance programs, premerger clearances, FCPA issues, and technology licensing, as well as issues relating to trade associations and information exchanges. Though licensed to practice in California, New York, and Texas, since 1995 Anthony has spent most of his time working on complex transactions outside of the United States. Admitted to practice before the bars of the States of California (1981), New York (1986), and Texas (1982), the United States Supreme Court (1986), and the United States District Courts for the Central (1983), Northern (1982), and Southern (1982) Districts of California; the Southern (1982), Western (1983), and Northern (1991) Districts of Texas; and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (both 1986).
