About Jan Thwaites

Drawing on my 25+ years experience in the events, luxury, corporate and incentive travel & hospitality markets, I have risen to the role of Chief Operating Office for Premier Live.Overseeing all operational within Premier Live I continue to bring efficiency, process and oversight to the company to position it in such a way that we are able to maximize revenue and profit whilst exceeding clients expectations. Always hands on, I lead all operational, logistic and event management aspects of the Necker Series of events that bring together 400+ people over 5 days, across 5 different Island hotels and accommodation partners in the British Virgin Islands, to take part in Sir Richard Branson’s annual tennis pro-am that has grown to include golf and music elements. In addition I am tasked with management of the marketing, revenue, budget and accounting functions related to our these events.Time management skills are a key asset and working with the high profile event hosts, destinations, sponsors, celebrities and professional athletes demands the utmost attention to detail and professionalism which is seen throughout my work.As a strategic thinking team player I include business development, account management, identifying new markets and opportunities, as vital skills used on a daily basis to help drive and grow the company.
