Mr. Antolović has been since 1992 a member of the Croatian ICOMOS, and in the period from 1999 to 2005 Vice-president of Croatian ICOMOS. He is a regular member of the ICOMOC International Committee for Legal, Administrative and Economic affairs. Currently he is a professor for Cultural management and Project management. In last decade he was a member of the UNESCO expert group, which helped Romania in improving system of culture heritage protection. During 2007 he provided expert assistance for Ministry of Culture Republic of Slovenian and Hungarian State service for cultural heritage protection in improving cultural heritage laws. In 2009 he was a special advisor of the Minister of culture of Republic of Croatia and special advisor of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Montenegro. He is a specialist for economic and law aspects for cultural heritage protection and preservation. He holds Ph.D. degree in economics from the University of Rijeka. He graduated law from the faculty of law at the University of Osijek. He completed Diplomatic Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. Before he joined the Ministry of Culture in 1997, he preformed various jobs connected with the culture heritage protection.
