• Designed and developed a warranty management system android application for our client's technicians, so they can get customer information who claims warranty due to their problem. I also built CI/CD using Bitbucket.
• Redesigned and rebuilt field service applications that helped our client's technicians to collect merchant data. The application has a feature to track the real-time location of technicians.
• Maintained our client's old CCRM (Contact Customer Relation Management) mobile application, so the application supports the new Android API before only supporting Android 14 until 17.
