Supervises the operation of the effluent treatment plant (ETP), Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Towers operations and other areas involved in plant operations and ensures all safety working procedures are observed. Conducting Laboratory test for control parameters in ETP, Boiler, Cooling Tower, Chillers and Reverse Osmos plant i.e. Temperature, DO, TDS, TH, Phosphate, Iron, chloride, TSS, pH, COD and BOD and ensuring all the design parameter are at normal operation conditions. Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of ETP, Boiler, cooling tower operators/workers responsible for operating and maintaining Raw water, RO water and wastewater treatment plants. Preparing and submitting daily laboratory analysis report with recommendations to the utility manager. Cooperate with the health and safety, environmental specialist on any issue related to safety, health, environment and housekeeping. Ensures daily chemical dosing in water treatment plant, Cooling towers, Chillers and Boiler is done and maintain the records. Reporting and carryout CIP in Ultra filtration units and RO membrane as per schedule or necessity.
