I am an experienced team lead with an enthusiasm of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Healthcare Management, Healthcare, Leadership, Nursing Procedures including Basic Life Support (BLS), and Clinical Research.I started my RN career from Hospitals in Nepal where I got an opportunity to enhance my clinical skills and judgement in Emergency, Medical- Surgical and OBG/YN units. I continued to enhance my skills in Canada while working as an RN in community, Long-term care and tertiary level hospitals. Throughout these long years I have flourished me as an individual which has significantly assisted me in achieving success in my academic and professional career. My goal is driven towards best practices and providing quality service to my patients I take care of through my knowledge and skills. I have ongoing desires for keeping myself updated through recent researches, best practice evidences in both clinical and academics skills.
