Janus has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services. He is equity partner and registered officer of CAP 1 Financial Group, a licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has representative offices in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Middle East. He sits on various investment director boards as registered fund manager and he is also Senior Accredited Director (S.A.D) accredited by Singapore Institute of Directors (S.I.D). Prior to CAP 1, he was from Deutsche Bank AG and DBS Private Bank. He is also serial investor through his private family vehicle with private portfolio of companies from FMCG, Medical, and Education to Financial Technology Companies and Blockchain companies across Asia, Africa and America continent. Beyond his professional endeavors, he serves as board committee member for various nonprofit institutions with a core focus on inclusiveness, gender diversity, and human capital development.
