I have decades of experience working in the industrial bakery equipment industry.Formerly working as a project manager for T&T Consulting and Engineering Inc. I have worked with countless bakeries internationally.Being exceptional at what I did, I have decided to start my own company J&D Technological Inc. We are a Canadian company and specialize in industrial bakery equipment such as industrial ovens, spirals, coolers, mixers, conveyors, proofers, fryers etc. We accomplish the engineering and mechanical services ranging from instillation, repair and rebuilding of equipment in addition to any of our clients needs on the international level. In recent years I have also became a managing partner of Double Choc Donut Bakery and consult maintenance and production matters for CT bakery which I am a shareholder of.
