Led and directed a team of professionals comprised of developers, systems and help desk groups with a multi-million operational and capex budget. Serving 420 employees, 190 of them in 3 different call centers, 110 in field operations and the rest divided between the manufacturing, distribution center, and support departments. Accomplishments: • Cultivated a high level of staff loyalty and retention, achieving a 4+ year tenure among 90% of the technical team. • Re-engineered the Intake, Coordination and Clinical Documentation internal systems to improve conversion rates to levels exceeding corporate goals. • Embarked on a 4 year systems migration plan to upgrade all legacy systems to a .Net framework, C# and SQL Server platform. • Implemented process automation and EDI implementations, reducing personnel requirements on some departments up to 50% while increasing accuracy. • Introduced Predictive Dialer technology which improved both outbound and inbound calling patterns in excess of 100%. • Renegotiated multiple contracts (i.e. Telecom) with a net cost reduction of 25% while at the same time increasing service levels. Engaged with all development efforts concentrating in the implementation of consumer centric applications to give visibility to its clientele of their life insurance and annuity portfolios. Developed in .Net C#, Clarion and SQL Server platform. Additionally, integrated data feeds from SALI Fund Services and M Financial Group to aggregate client specific Insurance Dedicated Fund (IDF) performance.

Led efforts to automate and synchronize data and work schedule information with the national field service workforce from a paper based process to a fully electronic workflow model. This effort improved the number of daily activities by 64% (from 1.6 to 2.5 daily activities on average) while cutting overtime costs. Additional development included the automation of both inbound/outbound faxes and electronic forms from a manual process. Inbound volume of 280,000 and outbound volume of 190,000 faxes per year. ROI of just one department went from 180 hours per week to 20 hours.
