My responsibilities included:- Setting up the legal department for Amadeus Asia Ltd and all Amadeus affiliates and subsidiaries located in South East Asia- Responsible for all corporate issues of the affiliates and subsidiaries (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, Japan, India, Korea, Hong Kong, China)- Coordination of M&A projects in Asia- Co-ordination and supervision and drafting of the inter company contracts between such affiliates and the central companies of the Amadeus IT Group in Europe- Performing legal audits of all affiliates and subsidiaries- Member of the Senior Management team of Amadeus Asia Ltd- General legal advice to senior management in Bangkok and to the general managers of the respective affiliates and subsidiaries (national marketing companies)- In the event of litigation in the Asia Pacific region co-coordinating such issues with the respective company and direct contact with the external law firm

My responsibilities included:- Legal support related to the Partner airlines, and other providers of Amadeus on a worldwide basis. - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all agreements concerning the abovementioned partners and providers- Legal support of the senior management in the Partners and providers departments- Legal support with and negotiating of the outsourcing of the IT related reservation systems, DCS systems and other passenger management related systems of British Airways and Qantas to Amadeus:

My responsibilities included:- Drafting reviewing and negotiating the following agreements: License Agreements Research and Development agreements Distribution agreements Consultant Agreements Evaluation Agreements Supply Agreements Material Transfer Agreements Trademark license agreements- Member of the senior management team of the division- Contract monitoring (including constructing a database)- Legal support for President and the senior management of the Biochemical division- Member of the “Arbeitskreis Patente und Lizenzen – Diagnostik und Biochemica”- Support with the acquisition of a main PCR technology including equities of a US company: - Due diligence - Drafting and negotiating of: Share purchase agreement Investor’s right agreement License agreement Research and development agreement- Co-ordination of legal issues within the Boehringer Mannheim Group (later: Roche Diagnostics) through: AKPL, divisional, regional and global lawyer meetings
