My goal is to make them best-in-class by validating and sharpening their product & technology roadmap and business model, by establishing strategic partnerships across borders, by introducing and executing effective leadership practices, by facilitating new investments and last but not least, by realizing commercial successes. I am a self-starter and I continue educating myself about the latest emerging technologies related to semiconductor and photovoltaics manufacturing, digital transformation, sustainable cementitious materials and since recently advanced materials for top-of-the-range display manufacturing.
