Responsible for change and release management of international applications, where millions of items must be processed through. International responsible to determine in cooperation with other Postal countries the releases and release management. Budget responsible to guard the budget and define budgets for next year.Realized optimization of the process, where we release 50% faster and less issues. Functional lead of 10 fte.

Responsible for 14 fte (application consultants) with 60 applications within commerce and international. Coaching, performance appraisals and planning of the team and employees.Develop the team to a tactical department and roles.Implement cloud and agile in the changemanagement process. Arrange for a compliant (audit) change and release process. Develop a requirement engineering process. Reporting to internal and external stake holders. Budget responsible for 60 applications.

Responsible for implementation of SAP CRM 7.0 to 750 workplaces. Steer a team of five fte, to develop the process (total new process), develop the system and implement the new SAP CRM version. Responsible to deliver the project in time and within budget. After implementation responsible for change and releasemanagement.

Responsible for the IT roll out within a reorganization of 1500 employees. Steering 10 fte within IT do deliver the IT on time and within budget.

Responsible to determine together with the business which processes needs to be optimized and arrange for optimization in order and invoice systems via change and releasemanagment
