Food science graduate student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I am working in Dr. He's Advanced Analytical lab, where I conduct research on plant protein using spectral analysis. My work focused on analyzing the functional properties of plant proteins and their correlation with spectral characteristics. Through this research, I gained valuable experience in data analysis, experimental design, and scientific communication. I am passionate about using my knowledge of food science to develop innovative solutions that promote health and sustainability.
