Current• Handling the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations etc.• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure that their open positions are filled with qualified candidates.• Conduct telephonic, interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
