The Connect2Us Foundation is dedicated to enhancing communication between migrants and their host countries. During the resettlement process, migrants often encounter numerous instances where cultural differences come to the forefront. Everyday situations can lead to pleasant interactions, as well as bewildering or even puzzling experiences. This applies not only to newcomers but also to volunteers, caregivers, and neighbors within the host country.The foundation presents a series of daily cross-cultural interactions. Presented in an easily understandable format, these narratives spotlight cultural distinctions vis-à-vis Dutch culture. They provide insight into the underlying reasons for these differences and offer practical suggestions for migrants and Dutch nationals alike to navigate them positively. Accompanied by illustrations, these stories serve as a navigational aid for users facing intercultural situations. The explanations are presented in accessible language, supplemented with additional insights grounded in scientific research for those seeking a deeper understanding. These stories have been validated by both migrants and organizations supporting them. The Fire-fighters without Borders foundation is a non-profit organisation that has been established in 2007 to provide training, used equipment and training materials to fire brigades in developing countries. The used equipment that the foundation provides is depreciated in the Netherlands but still has significant value for fire brigades in developing countries which often lack essential equipment or have to work with equipment that is severely out-date and of poor quality.The Foundation offers to help people in need of help. That is why fire-fighters are willing to spend their free time and energy on the Foundation's projects in development countries.

SAVER Training takes the form of multidisciplinary courses for all the emergency services which play a role in emergency response incidents. The SAVER® method was developed by ICET. This ‘Systematic Approach to Vital Emergency Response’ has proven itself to be very effective and has been implemented by various countries.
