Advising Charles University (1st School of Medicine) and Jidelniplan.cz on various aspects of Type 2 Diabetes and prediabetes remission, from relevant scientific literature to practical guides, application development, clinical results and patient outcomes monitoring. The aim of the work is to help patients with T2D or prediabetes, and their medical doctors/dietitians, better understand how to achieve remission, or at least significantly improve clinical results/patient outcomes and quality of life.

Developed and helped implement a new evidence-based methodology for one of the largest companies in Central Europe advising clients on dietary options in health outcomes improvement. Provides training to nutrition consultants on the role of diet in Type 2 Diabetes and prediabetes, including in the context of remission.

• Led a team of 4 in the largest division, reporting to Divisional Director of Operations. • Introduced lean methods and processes and trained key staff across the hospital.• Designed a unique low-cost KPI Monitoring System deployable in most industries. The system was successfully implemented in Critical Care and Paediatrics providing managers with operational KPIs in real time. Estimated benefits included a 30% reduction in length of stay and a 20% increase in throughput.
