Designed, managed and directed the installation of large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies. Projects included interior tropical plantscapes, exterior landscaping, and holiday decorations. Coordinated with internal departments for installation and servicing of all my accounts. Promoted to Senior Sales Trainer for entire company in 2002. “#1 Rookie” in the history of the company with almost $379,000 in first-year sales. President’s Cup winner 2001 – 2006 for selling over $500,000 per year. First salesperson in the company to be the top rookie the first year and achieve President’s Cup the following year. Won an Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) award for landscape design 2005.

Directly responsible for the sales, merchandising, and operations of 12 stores with a combined volume of $10 Million. Turned around a district that had one of the worst records in shrinkage, turnover and sales volume, to be the #1 district in the country for 1991. Recognized as the top district (out of 10 districts in the region) for one year and in the top three for three years. Established standards and managed operations to increase sales, reduce shrinkage and expenses, and improve staff performance.
